Elementary Readers in French and Spanish
We are excited to announce that we have completed our set of Elementary Readers in French and Spanish! They are now available both here on our website and on TPT. These original stories are designed as an end-of-the-unit activity for each unit in Level 1, revisiting the language the students have been practicing in a “novel” way! Students feel so accomplished when they can read and understand a book in the target language, and they feel even more accomplished when they can write and share their own stories!
Help your young language learners hone their reading skills with these fun readers from RLRA. This set of eight readers allows students to encounter the language they have been practicing in the REAL FRENCH tout de suite program in a narrative form that is sure to make your students smile.
Each reader is designed to be a culminating activity at the end of each unit in the curriculum, but it can be used with any language student familiar with the themes and topics presented.
We have created a fun video to accompany each reader on youtube, serving as an audio guide.
Every reader includes:
- a color copy of the reader
- a black and white copy that can be colored
- a true/false comprehension quiz
- a chance for your students to create an original story based on the reader
